Setting store (admin-editable prices and encrypted keys), Plans helper, middleware, installer, layout, landing page.
Parts 2 to 10 add controllers, routes and views on top of this. Do not run `php artisan serve` until Part 2 is installed
(the dashboard and login routes are defined there).
